INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM - GYM, $25:
This 12 week program is designed for those looking to expand their newbie knowledge in the gym.  Maybe you’ve gotten comfortable and you’re looking for a challenge? Or maybe you’re an athlete looking to get confident training on your own?  This program uses bands, free weights, machines, and features a couple barbell exercises.  This program is 4 days a week (two lower body days and two upper body days). It also features helpful tips and videos.
