Whether you’re a beginner or advanced lifter, you’ll find that this program is great for you. Included inside you’ll find:

If choosing bands only, you’ll need Booty bands and long bands! 

1.  This program has 5 programmed days (4 full body days and 1 programmed cardio day).  You choose 3, 4, or 5 days!
