BEGINNER PROGRAM - GYM, $25:
This 12 week program is designed for those who may have never been to the gym or may be new to the gym OR those who have limited equipment in an apartment or hotel gym. This program uses bands, free weights, and machines to build your confidence in not only exercises, but also in yourself and your strength. This program is 3 full body workouts with an optional 4th day. It also features helpful tips and videos.
