Tips for Sustainability in a Nutrition or Fitness Plan
“Sustainability” can be one of the biggest words when following a plan. So often many of us go a little too “all in” when we start a fitness program or a nutrition program. You hear us say things like “I’m gonna workout 5 days a week and get these pounds off” or we say “I’m going 100% in on insert *diet plan here* after this weekend.”
Could it be that for a new person the best first step is to go from regular COKE to Diet COKE? Could it be the best way to start a fitness program is too get up 15 minutes early and take a walk around the block?
I think so!
Depending on where you are in your fitness journey, we must implement small, sustainable steps in the beginning. I recommend to make 2-3 small changed per month!
